We recently took delivery of our Excalibur X Country Prince from the team at crusader Gateshead in Newcastle. Our journey began with Max helping us every step of the way with our design process. We had many changes along the way but the knowledge and patience of all the staff could not be faulted. A big shout out to Donna who has been with us from day one and a fabulous asset to the team.You were very much appreciated and patient with the endless phone calls. The entire team were exceptional and special thanks to Rick, Kylie and Rob for your knowledge and help along the way. The transition from design to handover was outstanding and we cannot thank you enough. The after sale service has been exceptional with only a phone call needed to help with any questions we have had. It’s great knowing you still have expert backup even though you have driven out their gate. We highly recommend crusader Newcastle to anyone who is thinking about a new van
